Answer:	I got this product 3 days ago and so far the batteries long barely 1 hour. That clearly is disappointed because it says it is 2800, which should last mínimo 4 hours. My theory I that the batteries are already worn out or they lay in the specifications (not necessarily the seller but the product manufacturer)

Question:	I didn't notice when I ordered these that they don't plug in to an electrial outlet. What do they plug into
Answer:	They plug into the back of the Wii, where the power cord plugs in. The power cord then plugs into the the back of the plug that is now in the back of the Wii.

Answer:	You go back to the website you bought it from and call or email them about it.
Question:	what does it mean when it says will not charge when wii power off
Answer:	The charger is plugged into the Wii console so in order to have power to the charger the Wii console must be on. If the Wii console is off, the charger will have no power and will not charge the controllers. I leave mine on and change the input on the TV if I need to charge the controllers.
Question:	How long is the supplied USB power cord
Answer:	The USB cord is only a foot long. Had to literally set it next to an outlet.
Question:	I have a Wii that is about 7-8 years old, will this work on the old remotes
Answer:	They didn't work on our old remotes...... the battery packs didn't fit quite right in the Wii and didn't charge them!
