Moments ago, to see if you could have yourself and another real person play, I fired up the game, explored, and discovered that under "Group Play" you can "create" an avatar for a 2nd real person. There's a third [computer] avatar playing also, otherwise it would be you and two [computer] avatars. I always play alone or with the two avatars. It's a fun and challenging game. Worth the $$. (Note: I just realized you're referencing the PS3 version which I have but just haven't found the time to install on my PS3. Answer:	There's no guarantee that Darksiders 3 will ever come out. The current owners of the series, Nordic Games, have expressed interest in continuing the series, but as to whether or not they will ever follow through on those plans remains to be seen. They're likely waiting to see if they get enough sales with the Darksiders Collection before they decide if making a third game would be worth it, or even possible (Nordic Games is a rather small and relatively unknown publisher of video games). Personally, I hope a third game does come out eventually, I'd like to see a definitive and appropriate ending to the series after the cliffhangers in the first two games. I'm hopeful there will be a third game, but I'm not all that optimistic.
