Answer:	I'm afraid it's almost definitely too big. I'm a man in my 40s and, while I don't have a huge head, the flexfit doesn't stretch all that much to fit me. The tag inside the hat says "recommended for 14 years and up". It measures 22.5 inches around without flexing. Hope this helps.
