Answer:	The canopy is flexible but I wouldn't call it flimsy. If you buy it with the canopy it can be used without the canopy very easily. Simply removing the four corner poles that hold the canopy up. I bought it with the canopy and I'm glad I did. We do use it on occasion without the canopy. It is more of a sunshade, it is not designed to be able to put stuff on.

Answer:	I am not familiar with the SVT-4, but my speakon connector portion of this cable is just plugged into my power amps both channels driven input and the 1/4 side is just plugged into my speaker cabinet.

Answer:	I'd imagine you probably could - it's just an unbalanced speaker cable. I believe this is just mono, so you could put a left on one and a right on another set.
