Answer:	The height is appropriate for a one year old. However, the quality of the bike looks nothing like the pictures. Cheap plastic, pieces don’t fit together well. Answer:	Lowest part of the seat to the ground is just shy of 8”. While this isn’t an adjustable bike, it is totally worth it. My little guy wants to keep up with his big brother but can’t handle a balance bike yet because his legs are too short. I think your kiddo will love it.
