Answer:	Both. They're fairly thin material but its comfortable around my face and it breathes and would def break wind. I know skiers at the ski resort who wear these.

Answer:	The eyes are probably plastic, not stitched. I wouldn’t give it to a dog - it would get ripped to shreds in no time and the little eyes could be swallowed.

Answer:	I haven't opened it up, of course, but it feels mostly like poly cotton stuffing. It's at my office right now and I haven't been there in 4 weeks so I don't remember if it had any bead-like substance at the back-end like some do to make them sit better. But I do remember it being very soft and cuddly.
