Answer:	Please contact the seller so we can troubleshoot with you. We need to know a little more to give you a good answer. 1. Are the silicone response rings in place? If you look at the photos on the product page, one of the photos shows the yoyo taken apart so that you can see the rings. If a ring is missing, there are replacement rings in the box. 2. A single drop of oil on the side of the bearing can make the yoyo respond more. Too much oil will slow it down too much and make the string dirty, so not too much. Take off the bearing, use a drop of an oil that is either a yoyo bearing oil or something like SuperLube. Let it soak in and wipe any excess with a paper towel and put the bearing back on. Please contact the seller and we can get more information from you and help you get it working again.

Answer:	The one I got was flashing and lit up 100% of the time while it was still in the shipping envelope. I had to disassemble it and remove the batteries on one side (other side was fine) and put them back in after adjusting the springs, after which it operated correctly by only flashing and lighting up when it was spinning.

1).Place the yoyo string on your middle finger and hang to the ground

2).Pull the top of the string to your body. If the top of string is at your belly button or 1 to 2 inches above - it fit. If not, fold the string so it is 1 to 2 inches above your belly button.

3).Tie a new knot

1.Remove the string firstly.

2.Check whether the ball is loose or not. The two hemispheres must be tightened well.

3.Attach the string properly (The most important thing).

Answer:	Please contact the seller so we can troubleshoot with you. We need to know a little more to give you a good answer. 1. Are the silicone response rings in place? If you look at the photos on the product page, one of the photos shows the yoyo taken apart so that you can see the rings. If a ring is missing, there are replacement rings in the box. 2. A single drop of oil on the side of the bearing can make the yoyo respond more. Too much oil will slow it down too much and make the string dirty, so not too much. Take off the bearing, use a drop of an oil that is either a yoyo bearing oil or something like SuperLube. Let it soak in and wipe any excess with a paper towel and put the bearing back on.
