Answer:	The one I got was flashing and lit up 100% of the time while it was still in the shipping envelope. I had to disassemble it and remove the batteries on one side (other side was fine) and put them back in after adjusting the springs, after which it operated correctly by only flashing and lighting up when it was spinning.

Her head is bigger than her body with embroidered eyes & mouth. The strings at the top of her head are like some shoe strings.
