Answer:	I have no earthly idea ...They are made in China so who knows...The child I got them for was old enough not to be sucking on the tractor.

Answer:	I would say as soon as a little kid feels comfortable in a sandbox and doesn't put all the sand in her mouth, maybe at age 18 month to 2 years. The vehicles themselves are sturdy and I did not see any small parts coming off. The only metal are the axles, the rest is plastic. I have kept them in a deck box, even over winter and they have completed their second year of heavy play. So, a good buy !

Answer:	Its metal. But dont spend the money. Poorly constructed with bad angles. We returned with a few days

Answer:	It is durable but yes, it rusted a little. But we did leave it out and it got wet so that might have been the problem. Don't know what would have happened if we kept it dry. Very durable. My grandson loves it.

Question:	Does the bucket or the seat pivot? Or do they pick up materials and then drop them in place
Answer:	The entire unit swivels allowing the child to pick up in one place and swing around and dump in another.
Question:	Wanting to purchase two of these for church playground, but wondering if it will scoop up rubberized mulch? We don't have sand, dirt, or rocks
Answer:	Not sure. After my granddaughter used one in the local park I saw that it picked up sand well. I think it can also pickup any kind of dirt.
Question:	how deep of a trench could you dig with this
Answer:	Well since it’s for younger children say 4-9 yrs old it would depend how strong the child was. In sand you could dig down at least a foot or more.
Question:	Does this work well in the dirt or just in the sand
Answer:	There are no teeth on it. So I feel a small child would have a hard time digging in dirt, unless it was tilled up first. My grandson loves his. We have it in a sand pile.
