Question:	Is this too easy for a 10 year old
Answer:	I don’t think so. You can increase the difficulty of the game to give different types of change for the pizza orders. On an easier level, all the change you have to figure out is in dollar bills. You can make it harder by adjusting the game to include quarters as part of making change all the way to pennies and it’s timed. My son is 10 and still enjoys playing this. I have fun playing with him, too.
Question:	I just ordered the pizza game, but the box says nothing about it being compatable with the kindle fire. Did i get the correct version
Answer:	The correct base and reflector is what matters. The games respond and work with the reflector (the red piece that goes on the top of the device).

Question:	How much content does this have? Looks really cool but does it keep asking kids to draw the same stuff
Answer:	It has 4 different drawing games: magic, bedroom, paint and treasure hunt. Each one prompts you to draw certain items. But yeah, once you've don everything once, there isn't any more. The variety I guess would come from the items you draw.. if you're asked to draw a lamp, it doesn't have to be the same one everytime. (You get to decorate a room and are asked for certain items; lamp, bed, wallpaper, etc) also, we haven't tried them yet, but there are 3 different apps that go along with the starter kit.

Question:	If i buy a kit for ipad will the number and letters also work for a fire
Answer:	Hello, thanks for reaching out. All of the Osmo games are device neutral and are compatible with most iPad and select Fire tablets (the one exception is our MindRacers game, which is only compatible with iPad). It’s ok if your box indicates it works with the iPad only. We printed those before Fire tablets had been released. Our Base, on the other hand, is device-dependent, so you must have the iPad base to use with the iPad and the Fire base to use with Fire tablet. Question:	How do you disable all the hints?? The "hard" level still lights up the color tiles in the shapes on the screen. That's ridiculous
Answer:	When you play the "Hard" levels, the hints are only shown when you place several pieces correctly. If you want to play each puzzle without ANY hints, we recommend selecting the "Harder" mode, which is unlocked after completing 4 puzzles in "Hard" mode. In "Harder" mode (purple), the puzzle is all black and puzzle pieces only light up once ALL are correctly in place. Answer:	Hello, Please first check the side switch (the slider on the top right of more recent iPads). If it is configured to mute and the orange is visible on the slider, then the sound is muted. Interestingly, not all apps respect this setting, so that can explain cases where only Osmo apps seem to be muted. There should be a volume slider on control center. If that is up and the mute isn't turned on, you *should* be hearing sound. If neither was the problem, you can try plugging in headphones to see if you can hear sound in Osmo apps as well as other apps. If this does not help, please contact us at [email protected]. Question:	What base do i need to work with this
Answer:	I had Sega when I was younger and it was just like that game. My friends had Nintendo and the games looked identical. I don’t know if there was anything different with Super Nintendo.

Answer:	The game features a "save anywhere" system, if you press the - (minus) button on the switch it will pull up an option menu that allows you to save. The game also allows you to rewind by pressing the L button.

Question:	I'm not familiar with 3D puzzles. Are they a one and done activity or can they be torn down for redo another day

Question:	Are all the Winterfell puzzle pieces just thrown in the box without any bags? I ordered a new one and when I opened it, was shocked to see free pieces
Answer:	I keep two sheets of foam board just for this purpose. I carefully slide the finished puzzle onto one of the foam boards. (Sometimes I work the puzzle on one of the boards) place the second sheet of foam board on top of the puzzle, hold tightly and flip. Since I’m usually doing this alone, I will use clips to hold the two pieces together to avoid a possible slip. Make sure all pieces are still firmly in place and it’s ready for your sheets

Answer:	That will probably damage the puzzle.
Question:	Would I need more than one bottle for a 3000 piece puzzle
Answer:	I wouldn’t think so since the product is clear. Like any glue, it could pull the finish off of the table once it dries though.
