Answer:	I would say as one who currently has this "folded up" and "stored" that the answer is yes. It is still large when disassembled, but the ring folds, the seat part comes apart, and the poles come off, so it's fairly easy to tuck back into a closet.

Answer:	As long as the baby can hold their head up, they should be OK. My daughter was 4 months or so. She is in 90% for her age, so I didn't need to put anything under it cause her feet touched the floor. She is almost 7 months old now and is still loving it!

This item I found most useful- this is my go to thing to put my baby in if I’m getting shower, in the kitchen, etc. he loves it because he could reach the toys where in the rock n play he is just now able (5 months). This is great too because so easy to pack up and send to grandmas even though it doesn’t fold up. Extremely light weight and the top does come off easily. We use this daily and couldn’t go without it!
