Answer:	Hello, RaspTank does not include the Raspberry Pi board, you need to buy the Raspberry Pi yourself. You can connect the keyboard and mouse directly to the Raspberry Pi to program. You can also use the PC to connect to the Raspberry Pi to program via ssh.

Answer:	Yes, it can turn left and right. The calibration wasn't exactly straight forward but after a few tries was able to find and acceptable 'straight' setting and it drives okay. Speed is normal RC car speed, slightly faster than human walking so maybe 5-10 mph tops. The lag between the app and the car is a bit of a problem and at higher speeds you end up running into stuff a lot.

Answer:	There are two main differences:The Hobby Rock Tumbler has a rubber tumbling barrel with a stainless steel cap, which reduces noise and is more durable. The Starter Kit Rock Tumbler has a plastic barrel. Answer:	Don't put more than a pound of rocks in it or the motor won't be able to turn. Does it turn without the tumbler? Then that is likely the problem. Otherwise contact the manufacturer. That may not be easy as it's Chinese I think.

Question:	Can I use this grit in my ultra-vibe
Answer:	The pellets are used for filler in the tumbler so that the tumbling action between the rocks and grit work more effectively.
Question:	What are the pellets for and how do you use them
Answer:	Yes it can. Just skip the coarse step as vibratory polishers work much faster than tumblers and will not round the rocks as well as a rotary tumbler. I always do two to 4 weeks of coarse in a rotary then finish in a vibratory.
Question:	can this be used with viberating rock tumbler
Answer:	Yes, it does. Use 2 Tbs. grit for every pound of rock for Steps 1 & 2. Use 1 Tbs. grit for every pound of rock for Steps 3 and 4. If you have alot of empty space in the tumbler, use the ceramic cylinders to get the tumbler to about 2/3 full. Instructions are included with the kit.

Answer:	Yes! I have a spot where I find lots of shards of glass and rare colors but they just aren’t “cooked” enough. I got the tumbler to finish them. The glass I have is real sea glass not fake nor bottles I break (which I have never done and won’t because I like that I find my glass and know it has a story from whence it came!) I have found it along beaches and rivers but it just needed some extra time to be perfect but because of the color rarity I wasn’t going to toss it back!

Question:	how many pounds of rocks can the grit tumble
Answer:	Yes and no. You won’t find any perfectly terminated quartz crystals in here. Many of the gems have either been broken with a hammer or cut with a rock saw. However, I did find some pieces in the agate mix that I think had been part of a geode or had grown in a pocket, as they still retained the natural bubble formation agate takes on when in said conditions. I have since separated out those pieces from the tumbling mix to maintain that natural structure. So, pick through the pieces before you throw them in the tumbler just in case you find nice pieces like that.
Question:	looking for replacement o-ring drive belt - anyone know where i can get them
Answer:	I have tried using this coupon with several different refill packs only for Amazon to not accept it. There seems to be a disconnect between NatGeo and Amazon regarding their promotional coupon codes.

Answer:	I don’t have a tumbler - I spray them with Krylon triple-thick crystal clear glaze. They turn out super shiny & absolutely beautiful!

Answer:	No you shouldn't any stones rocks or minerals ending with ite should not sit in water they will eventually disintegrate examples flourite calcite selenite etc sorry
Question:	Why does my rocks not polish after 10 days
Answer:	Not at all. One of the unique properties about fluorite is its fluorescence under a uv light which not a single piece does in my order. If I could pose a photo of it next to actual fluorite you’d be shocked.
Question:	The instructions say to use 4 tablespoons but the packet contains less than 1 tablespoon. Shoud I buy more or is i packet enough
Answer:	The instructions for the Tumbler does not give a specific weight. It recommends not filling the Tumbler barrel more than 1/2 to 2/3 full. If you overfill the Tumbler, the built-in sensor will automatically protect the motor inside by turning the Tumbler off. It further recommends if this happens you should remove some of the rocks.The grit to be used in the Tumbler comes in premeasured packets for the Tumbler size itself. I hope this helps.
