Answer:	No...it really doesnt even play major chords well...it is simply a toy. Hard to get any sound out of the keys and buttons together, at least that is my experience. I can get sound with the buttons separately and sound when I play the keys separately. A cbild would not be able to learn on this accordian. It is a toy only.

Answer:	Hi! I've taken an impossibly long time to answer this. You've probably made your decision already. But for what it's worth, I listened to all the demo songs, and honestly I didn't recognize any of them. They are all generic and synthetic sounding. I imagine they are the same no matter which keyboard model you get (we have the Frozen one), but maybe not. Sorry I wasn't more helpful!
