Answer:	They don't open and close to use them; you just hold them up and press the button to talk. To power them on or off, do what Rachel says in the previous comment.
Question:	Does a charger cable and vox connect come with these
Answer:	No. Mine didn't come with anything; not even the earpiece that was supposed to be included. One of the walkie talkies works, but the other didn't. I'm trying to get them to send me one that works. They seem to want to help me, but we'll see. Hope you have better luck.
