However, it is a beautiful toy and I'm sure she would love it even if she can't take advantage of all the features just yet. The nice thing is that is as a toy that she can grow in to. Answer:	Hmmm, not sure...Have you tried replacing the batteries? The batteries inside the puppy may be worn out due to demo. When we had ours it was pretty loud. Hope that helps.

Answer:	It's in demo mode. The batteries will not die, but it will continue to bark if you touch its head. You can try to access the bottom of its right foot and set it to off.
