Answer:	I'm 6'0" 325lbs, wear a 3XL shirt and this easily fits around me. I would bet 4-5xl could still got in this.
Question:	If I buy the 100 lbs one or the 140 one can I remove weights to go under 100 and then add them back as I progress?Can they be removed from the 80 vest
Answer:	If you buy any of the vests that are at least 100 lbs, then you can add or remove weight from them in 3 lb increments. The weights are solid 3lb iron weights. I purchased the vest that came with exactly 100lbs and I am very happy with my purchase. While I do not own one of the vests that comes with less than 100lbs, it is my understanding they are weighted with plastic bags full of iron ore (i.e. a sand like substance). It is also my understanding that those bags full of iron ore are much larger than 3 lbs each but I don't know exactly how much they weigh. Also, I read some reviewers complaining that the plastic bags filled with "sand" weren't easy to remove and/or replace after removing... So if you can remove weight from the type vest that comes with less than 100 lbs worth of weight, you will have to adjust weight in much larger increments than just 3 lbs and you may or may not be able to replace the weights after they are removed.

Answer:	I wear an XXL in T-shirts and this is still a bit long for me. Still provides great workout, but does run a bit long in the torso.

Answer:	Depends on how petite/chest size. Will work for plyos but will likely make your ribs and shoulders sore. I run with mine and it doesn't bounce much but the shoulder straps have no padding. I definitely start feeling it after a couple miles.
Question:	Do you recommend using this vest for running
Answer:	It depends on your size...I have a 28 inch waist and the tightest it will cinch is not a snug run fit. It bounces too much...best I can tolerate is 200 meter sprints. Very comfortable for power walks. I do 10 mile rucks on weekends and it's perfect. Great for squats, walking lunges and weighted pull-ups.

Question:	I'm looking to get this as a gift.The pictures don't really show if it covers the entire torso or not.Are sit ups possible? Why this over a short one
Answer:	It pretty much covers my entire torso... I'm not thinking this design is optimal for situps, but I'm guessing it could be done... I think holding a weighted ball or 25lb weight on my chest would be more suited for situps or crunches. I went with this one as it could hold up to 60lbs and the shorter vests held less weight.
Question:	Going to be Hiking or rucking will this vest work and be comfortable enough for that? Wil I need additional shoulder pads
Answer:	I use the 40lb model to train for wildland firefighting, so I'm hiking several miles a day with this on. It's very much doable, but you have to be careful of a few things. 1.) I have the model without shoulder pads, and it definitely chafes, especially right at the base of the neck, if I don't wear a shirt or i wear a tank top. 2.) It does NOT breathe, so your entite torso will be drenched (which can lead to chafing at the shoulder, underarms and hips) and the vest itself will be soaked through so it gets pretty funky if you don't hang it out to dry afterwards. 3.) At least for me, the waist strap sits a bit higher than I would like, not down on my hips like a good ruck sack, so you have to really constrict the vest, and thus your breathing will be a bit impeded, so as to carry to weight off your shoulders; but, even then you definitely still feel a lot of the weight on your shoulders and after a while your back will be pretty upset.

Answer:	Let the vest air out outside for 24 hours. This is what I did and the odor decreased significantly, although it never totally goes away (i've had mine 3 months). Hope this helps.
Question:	does it bounce around or move when running and yoga practice
Answer:	This entirely depends on your torso width. I'm fairly this framed so for me ,YES! it does bounce. I had to mod my vest to take in the sides. Before I modded it, the vest would bounce jumping rope, running, even doing burpees was uncomfortable. So again, be mindful that torso width matters.
Question:	what weight do you recommend for a newbie
Answer:	As far as the size (sm,med,lg) really depends upon your height and weight.... I'm 5ft 6in tall, 145lbs. I purchased a medium and it fits perfect. For the weight of the vest....if you're a beginner at whatever it is you're doing, your best bet is to go with the least amount of weight. I purchased the 12lb vest, and if you really think about it, that is a lot of extra weight to be carrying around. Crawl before you walk, start slow.

Answer:	Great vest for workouts. for myself, I can pull it tight and it stays: 6"/190 but, I do not run or jog with it. My wife: 5-5/130, she uses it and has jogged with it; stays tight for workouts. If you decide to run / jog you might want to have an extra band to tighten on the upper chest area. when jogging or running the vest does bounce with or without the xtra weight added. just a choice on how you want to use it. we have been satisfied with the ease of adding weight as we need.

Answer:	Great product. About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with osteopenia. My doctor wanted to put me on meds, but I said I wanted to try weights. She said she doubted it would work. I started with YMCA program, which was beneficial, but bought a 20 pound weighted vest to use at home. First day I wore the 20 pounds for too long a time (hours) because when I wore the vest my migraine disappeared, but at the end of the day my knees were killing me. Waited a week before using the vest again, this time limiting its use to a few minutes but eventually after several months working up to a mile. After a year about a year, I started to wear 2 20 pound vests and later also carried a 20 pound weight. The results from my next bone density test was that I no longer have osteopenia. Fast forward, I stopped wearing my weights 3 years ago because of a minor fall while doing errands, and just got out of the habit of exercise. Now I'm working up to wearing more weights, but am starting slow with this comfortable 8 lb vest. Can't say enough good things about it. So comfortable, I wear it almost all day!

Answer:	The weight is not adjustable as far as I can tell. But I have to say, I really LOVE this vest! I bought the 8 lb vest in the beginning, kind of split the difference since I didn't want to buy another one any time soon. The other thing you could potentially do if you wanted to add more weight would be to add some wrist or ankle weights. I have thought about that, too, but haven't do so at this point.

Answer:	Absolutely. Of course, after a while, you start to feel it a bit in the shoulders as you would with any weight, but I wear my 16 lb vest on hour-long walks and find it way more comfortable than other vests I've worn in the past

Answer:	I do not think it would. You could still have bad posture while wearing this
