However, it is a beautiful toy and I'm sure she would love it even if she can't take advantage of all the features just yet. The nice thing is that is as a toy that she can grow in to. She will still be playing with it in a couple of years, I'm sure. Finding a toy that will grow with a child is always a bonus in my book! I don't think either of you would be disappointed, and Amazon definitely has the best price!

Answer:	The diaper slips right off and the pink flower is removable if it really bothers you. My son plays with Cuddles and I have no issue with it at all. In fact, I encouraged it. It has taught him a lot about caring for babies and animals. We took the diaper off as it kept slipping off anyway.

Answer:	Just got it yesterday. It takes little button batteries (small flat silver disks) . They are hard to replace because there are so many types of button batteries hard to get the right battery. I wish it took AA Or AAA.
