I’m pretty sure the servers have not been down this long. We’re about to return them to Walmart for a refund and won’t buy Vtech products EVER again!

Question:	How sturdy is this thing? Some of the other vtech plastic toys my son has had have felt pretty flimsy, and my concern is that it will fall apart
Answer:	When the activity desk is purchased it does not come with cartridge. But expansion packs come with cartridges, I can't say for sure that the music sheet one definitely has a cartridge but it should say on the box what it includes

Answer:	Hi, unfortunately it only has one language which is English. It might also help your daughter with basic English because it has a lot of educational songs like ABC , numbers, shapes, colors and more. My family is French speaking too but my kids are enjoying it. Hope it helps
Question:	Hey, i’m interested about this product. but i want to know if it have language setting ? because my daughter only speaks french
Answer:	The expansion pack sheets is are not the only difference. I own the standard original, and accidentally bought the expansion sheets for the deluxe desk. The slot to insert the sheets is not compatible for both desks, so my 32 sheets are useless (on the standard desk). Also, if you notice the top display on the deluxe, there is a place to insert cartridges as well. The standard doesn’t have a place for that. The cartridges remind me of small square versions of the first ever Nintendo games. Since I have the original desk I haven’t been able to use it yet, but I’ll be buying the deluxe soon. My daughter (2yrs 3months old) has learned probably 95% of the original desk sheets to the point of memorization. She got this as a present for xmas, at 1yr 11 months old, and it was her favorite daily thing to do until memorized.

Didn't realize this either when we got the desk for a gift from my sister for Christmas, threw away the box and i ordered the expansion pack for a Santa gift, which does NOT work with this desk-deluxe version only. Kinda kicking myself now because I would return this desk and order the deluxe version because my son would love to have new cards to play with but am stuck because I have no packaging to return it in. BUYER BE WARNED! Do your research!

Answer:	It will work with any device with tripod attachment. I'm not sure what a stealh cam is, but if it has a spot to attach it to a tripod mount, it will work. It is very strong and well made.

Answer:	Yes it should work. We use the same cameras and bought these for them. It fits the camera, but we have been using them on solar kits

Question:	Has anyone bought this for a left handed child? How did it go
Answer:	Ours is falling apart from my child's left-handed use. I bought it for her for her birthday, which was less than 2 weeks ago. The cord is already starting to detach from the pen, so I'm not sure how safe it is to use (wires are now exposed).
