Answer:	Hello, Please first check the side switch (the slider on the top right of more recent iPads). If it is configured to mute and the orange is visible on the slider, then the sound is muted. Interestingly, not all apps respect this setting, so that can explain cases where only Osmo apps seem to be muted. There should be a volume slider on control center. If that is up and the mute isn't turned on, you *should* be hearing sound. If neither was the problem, you can try plugging in headphones to see if you can hear sound in Osmo apps as well as other apps. If this does not help, please contact us at [email protected]. Answer:	I had Sega when I was younger and it was just like that game. My friends had Nintendo and the games looked identical. I don’t know if there was anything different with Super Nintendo.

The game is incredibly easy to pick up and the rules/gameplay is simple enough that you’ll be playing almost instantly.

Answer:	No, the scoring is based on simple set collection. It's slightly thematic - ex. wasabi makes the next nigiri worth more points because it would presumably improve the taste. People that enjoy sushi definitely get an extra kick out of the game because of the appealing theme, but it's not a huge factor in the gameplay itself. Answer:	Hello, The differences between the older and newer Pizza Co., games are mainly cosmetic as the game pieces included within are the same. The Box has been redesigned and based on customer feedback, the game pieces now come in plastic storage containers. Osmo Customer Experience Team
Question:	Is this too easy for a 10 year old
Answer:	I don’t think so. You can increase the difficulty of the game to give different types of change for the pizza orders. On an easier level, all the change you have to figure out is in dollar bills. You can make it harder by adjusting the game to include quarters as part of making change all the way to pennies and it’s timed. My son is 10 and still enjoys playing this. I have fun playing with him, too.
Question:	I just ordered the pizza game, but the box says nothing about it being compatable with the kindle fire. Did i get the correct version
Answer:	The correct base and reflector is what matters. The games respond and work with the reflector (the red piece that goes on the top of the device).

Answer:	Hello, All the the games associated with the Genius Kit, Creative Kit and Super Studio series are compatible with the Fire platform as of today (hardware and software). Answer:	Parents may have to explain base two and binary arithmetic along with ASCII. I am a retired computer teacher and would have simplified the binary instructions for young children.
