However, the voltage will down to3.0V-3.5V when the battery volume is low. Notes: Please keep the battery voltage above 3.0vv which is the satey zone, it may cause failure of recharge if the battery voltage is lower than 3.0v. at this very moment, we need specialized equipment to activate the battery.
