| Answer: | You could buy 2 separate theme decks. These are pretty cheap at $12.50/per deck so not sure you'll get a better value. These decks are actually pretty well constructed out of the box. The resistance and weakness factors don't really come into play with these two decks when calculating damage. These elements of the game are another layer of complication when calculating damage. I looked at several two deck starter packs on Amazon and this set had high reviews. If your kids enjoy the game, they'll probably start buying more theme decks to mix and match games so it really doesn't matter which two you buy first. Two is never going to be enough. |
