Answer:	Unfortunately, I don’t know. But this happened to us as well. I posted a negative review and I wish the company would improve their product or Amazon would stop selling it.
Question:	My 4 year old received the hover soccer ball for Christmas and broke the same day he got it. How do I access the warranty
Answer:	The hover soccer ball can only be used on smooth surfaces. The way it works is that a fan creates an air cushion which lifts the ball off the ground and makes it glids. With grass the surface is not smooth and so the air cusion will not be enough to lift it off the ground. Any hard surface is fine- wooden floors, low pile carpet, basements, concrete (but must be smooth- outside concrete might be too full of small rocks), tiles etc. Its mainly designed for indoor use. Answer:	The battery pack is deep inside the toy behind a velco flap. It'd be tough for a 1 year old to open the velco - it's fairly thick and strong. If he/she is able to remove the battery pack, the battery pack meets the USA and EU standards for small parts in baby/toddler toys. To access the batteries in the sound box you need a screw driver.
