It actually addresses all of the areas of the body that are tight and does certain exercises on a very basic level to help open those areas up. You will loosen up and become more flexible each time you do it. The yoga workout moves through the poses in more of a flowing movement pattern which I think you will also enjoy but recommend doing the mobility workout first!
