Answer:	Yes but you can rewind the bobbins using embroidery floss. 25 wraps is about 2 times the amount of cord on the bobbins from the manufacturer. There is a YouTube video demonstrating how to do it but it really is very similar to winding a bobbin for sewing. And you can buy embroidery floss in your desired colors.

Answer:	It is capable of both bluetooth and using a supplied usb dongle. Thus, if needed it can be used with one PC with bluetooth and a second PC with the usb dongle or. The mouse only comes with one usb dongle. As an FYI, a bluetooth mouse will not wake your PC from sleep so if that functionality is desired you will need to use a usb dongle.
