Answer:	I find that the colors are rather light, and the "chalk" is somewhat greasy. If she has straight hair, it will work fine. I don't know how the girl with the curls got hers to look that way. Of course, the color will depend on the color of the child's hair. In any case, the colors are *not* intense. There are some other products that do the job better.
