Answer:	If it's brand new, there should be a little piece of plastic around the stem that needs to be pulled off and the stem pushed in to start it. It should start running immediately. You have to keep the stem pulled out long enough to set the correct time. I've had several new watches and they all usually work this way. That little piece is there to keep the stem from accidentally getting pushed in and starting the watch ending up using up battery power when no one is wearing it. If it needs a battery replaced, you need to gently put a little flat blade (like a tiny screwdriver or knife) in between the 2 parts, twist a bit, and separate the front and back to gain access and pull the battery out.

Question:	Is it possible to get a different width and a different length
Answer:	Tag says hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. I wash them on the hand wash setting in my washing machine with a very small amount of soap and cold water. Low spin. Drip dry.

Answer:	Not sure, since I’m not the one that wears them

Answer:	If the mittens are big enough. I would say these are fairly thick winter gloves and probably won’t need mittens over the top. I’ve worn these in sub 30 degree rain and never needed more glove.
Question:	Do these have a hook to hook them together
Answer:	I bought two sizes, large & medium. I don't consider my hands large, but the medium was too small & I gave them to my 14-year-old grandson. The large size fit just fine.

Question:	Are these lined to be warm enough for cold/winter use
Answer:	I used them in blast freezer at 32 below zero under huge circulation fans. Hands warm while active. Fingertips get cold after being idle for 1/2 hour or more under those fans. In freezer at 32 above I didn't have any issues until I washed them. After that fingers got cold all the time so don't wash them except maybe by hand in sink and dry in front of fan. These gloves don't grip at all. Whatever it is that is sewn into palm area to fingers is not made to grip. Maybe there for added durability. I have spent a lot of money over the years on gloves, mask, boots, you name it, I probably have bought and used it at some point in my search for comfort under extreme conditions. These gloves are my favorite and I recommend them to anyone especially to you folks using them outside in normal conditions. (Wind proof and water proof until you wash them) For you folks that need warm gloves where there is little or no wind get fleece gloves.
Question:	Can these be used as cold weather(0 thru 20 degree f) work gloves ? and are they bulky? thx, gerry from san diego, ca
Answer:	In response to your question I just checked, and I would say no. It actually fit in one that has an oversize trigger guard, but not in the others.
Question:	How well do they work for riding motorcycle
Answer:	Hi Gloria. Thanks for including me in your decision. I you are like me... you are doing your homework before making a decision! I wore mine all last winter (live in the midwest where the winter's are cold) and now heading into this one. I am a farmer so I need the toughness AND the warmth! I would say that they are made very well! They are quite bulky so I have them off and on a lot depending upon what I'm working at. When I shove those gloves back on... I want WARMTH! :) I was disappointed that .. in my opinion... they aren't any warmer than less expensive gloves that I've had. Mine are true to size and I've had no problems with the lining pulling out. And.. the snot cloth on the thumb comes in handy! Happy shopping. I hope you find a glove that is perfect for your needs!
