Answer:	I think LiveScribe doesn't exist or doesn't provide any more support for their products. I had a lot of trouble with their buggy software. Also, the LCD screen on my Pulse pen died, and they didn't want to replace or repair the screen, but wanted me to buy a new pen. If you can get new books, get them while they are still available, and there used to be special files included in their PC software that you could print out, so you could print your own paper for writing on. So, conclusion, try downloading their software first, see if you can print the paper from their software, before going ahead with a purchase of the pen.
