Answer:	In the box there is a piece of paper with a link. When you open that link there will be many different manuals. There is an item number on the box that matches one of them. If I remember correctly it was one of the last few pages of manuals you could select. I got the watch as a gift for someone and remember that this was quite the process to find the instructions. Answer:	There really is no right answer for this. I've seen a 13 yr old that was 6'2" & 240lbs who used size XL gloves. I'm 18 yrs old 5'8" & 140lbs and I usesize small.

Answer:	I tried the hand size chart, and it tells me "Large", except I have trouble fitting into a 2X (XXL) glove. Take it with a grain of salt, and go find a store, try on various maker's sizes to actually find your size.

Answer:	Mine stopped a 20mm round fired at me from an A10. The dexterity was exceptional. So good in fact, it helped me to pick up my entrenching tool which I hurled at the plane literally knocking it out of the sky. Oh, they also protect your hand from heavy objects. An Abrams tank ran over mine and except for a little pressure I didn’t feel a thing. They can also withstand a bite from a 18’ Great White. Seriously, some of these questions are ridiculous. Answer:	No they are not warm. If the temps are above 50F, they are comfortable and great at protecting your hands. However, these gloves will not keep your hands warm when the temp approaches the freezing point.

I’ve never been in the military so my reliability’s low but according to Ar 670-1 Chapter 20-11: “As an option, Soldiers may wear commercial gloves, unless restricted by the commander, as an optional purchase item. Answer:	I use two pairs of these gloves for work every week. I rotate pairs every day. I wash them in my washer along with my work pants (cold water, laundry detergent, NO FABRIC SOFTENER). After the wash is finished I hang dry them. I've never attempted to dry them in the dryer and I really wouldn't suggest it. I wash all my Mechanix Wear gloves this way and they hold up well. Hope this helps!

Answer:	these would not help you in throwing punches, because only the first only the first two Knuckles are used. Either way, in a fight, I would recommend open palm strikes. They're more natural, and a lot more protected than the small bones in your hand.

Answer:	well if you must know your size take the nearest pop can stick your finger in the hole if it doesn't fit then you need bigger than a small, then take your next finger and stick it in the hole if it also does not fit then you are bigger then a medium then repeat the process with all the fingers and if all but one fit then you are a large.

Answer:	Excellent for truckers! Handing chains and straps, comfortable, wear is good, not hot or sweaty. I have a pair in all my vehicles.

Answer:	I think they fit perfect, I usually wear a large in all leather gloves like the Tillman 1414 L gloves and I let them stretch out to fit my hands. The Mechanix gloves fit great at first wear and don’t stretch out so I can actually order my normal size without allowing for stretch

In fact, getting them wet seems to help them break-in better - which unlike every other style of Mechanix gloves I've owned, these are extremely uncomfortable gloves at first. Answer:	Depends on the needle really. I work on a prison and most of my gloves won't protect against sharp objects unless they have the special coating. But again it's way more $$ and only covers the palm and face of fingers. Sides and too are still exposed. In my experience anything leather it won't punture as easy.

Answer:	Although they're not meant to be, I've found they work with my iphones screen. Hope this helps.
Question:	Do these run true to size, or small/large
Answer:	I went thru 3 pairs of these in 2 months winching on a flatbed. Save your money and buy the $2 cheap one size fits all work gloves at Walmart. These impacts feel nice and they’re great but they do not hold up. Stitching coming apart, holes in fingers. For $30 I was expecting to get a lot more use out of these.
