Answer:	Living on a farm we get mice more often than we would like. I bought these, and they haven't failed. Work everything for us! Snaps super hard. Just place a tiny bit of peanut butter within the reserve. That's all you need. If it was snapped and the bait gone, then either too much bait, or I have no clue. There is no way a mouse is getting away from this trap!

Answer:	I did not have that problem with these. The ones caught with these traps were trapped good and all were dead. I checked the traps about every 6 hrs because we hate mice-almost made us want to sell our house and move. I ordered 2 sets of 2. At this great price, when it "caught" a mouse, I threw it all away. I also bought about a dozen of the plastic (black with yellow) ones that are like the old school ones. They were equally affordable and considered them "disposable" as well. Both kinds were extremely effective and caught more than my Orkin guy did. His glue traps were wholly ineffective. When they say you see one but you really have 5 or 6, they aren't kidding. *I do not recommend the electric traps. It never worked and was a waste of $20.

Answer:	I found buttered popcorn to be the most effective bait. The butter smell travels and the mice just love the popcorn. It's clean and cheap (I just save a few of the more buttery kernels when I pop a bag), as well as being effective. Even so, you do have to move the trap quite often as the nest learns what areas to avoid when their brethren don't return from gathering forays...

Answer:	You can definitely apply these to your kiddie pool. You can take it out when the children are in the water if you do not want them handling it. Simply drop it back in when your kids are done playing. We do this at my home with our sons water table.

Answer:	I drop one of these into the water that I collect through my rain barrels. Once my rain barrels/containers that are connected to my downspouts fill up, I transfer the water to trash barrels that I then use to water my outside hanging plants and flower beds to allow my rain barrels to continue to collect more water. Because these barrels are not air tight, mosquitoes can find their way in. This prevents mosquitoes from breeding in the standing water.

Answer:	I think they're designed to solve the problem of mosquitoes breeding in standing water. If you don't have standing water, you don't have the problem these were designed to solve. Some mention putting out buckets of water etc. I believe that's just creating a problem so you can solve it. It's not like this stuff attracts mosquitoes, causing them to nosedive into the water and die. :) Maybe Permithrin would help? If you get the 36.8% concentrate, it's pretty economical and seems to help. I'm in Florida though so no matter how much I spray, they just keeping moving/blowing in. And the rain washes it away. So in the rainy season it's an ongoing battle. As are the fire ants.

Answer:	Hi I just saw your question, and i have a way these work for my plants. I use gallon milk jugs and put 1/4 of a mosquito dunk in each. For a small sprayer you'd only needed a small piece, but just spraying your plants or the top of the soil won't kill the larvae. You'll need to water each plant with the treated water to effectively eradicate the gnats. I've found that the small piece that I use lasts for a month, and i just write the date on a piece of masking tape attached it to the jug. I'm not 100% sure, but with these being made up of live bacteria, I don't cap the jugs. Idk if they require air, but I don't want to mistakenly kill those. I hope this helps!

Many dogs, cats and birds die each year from this type of poison and Extreme caution is advised in product placement as well due to high accidental poisoning potential.
Question:	What's the difference between tomcat's " tier i" and the "tier ii" bait station
Answer:	I bought this stuff and although the mice ate it, it didn't kill them. They kept coming back. If you have a rat, maybe it's a pack rat and they will take the poison sqares back to their nest. You don't have to do anything. If you're lucky the rat will eat enough of it to kill it. I don't know if EPA rules made this company change the poison in them but it doesn't work and kill the rodents like it used to. It used to kill them dead with just one bite like it says on the package but it don't work like that anymore; at least it didn't work for the mice we get in our kitchen every winter. We had to use snap traps to get rid of the mice.

Answer:	Just set them out along the trail. I put three down on the trail about 12 inches apart. I actually waited to see if they would go in and take the bait. The ants took about a day to take it. Each day you can see less and less of the ants and they move a lot slower until on the 4th or 5th day when you don't see them anymore. I kept the bait out an extra week just in case and did not see the ants in that area again until the following year.
