Question:	I work with boxes all day. Do they have good grip
Answer:	Yes they do, for about a couple weeks. I buy a new pair every month. At this point they are grip less and holes in fingers. I handle boxes 6hrs a day 5 days a week.

Answer:	These are standard work gloves. They are not cold temperature resistant. However, they should keep you warm enough.
Question:	Are these gloves warm enough to bike ride in the winter
Answer:	No, they are utility gloves and provide minimal thermal protection. While they would shield your hands from the cold for a few minutes, moisture is absorbed through the fabric rather quickly. The Velcro wrist band is also open to the elements and the gloves really aren't long enough to tuck into your sleeves.

Answer:	Depending on what type of barbed wire, you may be able to use these gloves. The inside of the hand is thick leather and these are very durable. We are not sure what other gloves you can use other than heavy duty leather ones like these that will protect your hands from the wire.

Answer:	Only glove I will ever buy. Stands up to everything you can throw at it. Outlasted all previous gloves working construction and logging.

Answer:	Depends on the hand size, I ordered the large and it fits snug. I feel its better a little snug it lets you get full use of the glove especially when working on equipment.

Answer:	The palms will provide good protection from rose thorns. The nylon on the back of the hand only provides minimal protection.

Answer:	Based on your past sizes, golf glove, or try a size on in the local hardware, or auto parts store has similar gloves. But I like the way ironclad makes their gloves. I'm sure they have a size chart, and customer service on their website .

Question:	Can they be used to handle hot lights on a photo/film shoot
Answer:	Presumably yes. I've handled hot steel with them while welding. They're so expensive that I'd advise you only expose them to heat when you really have to; the palms & finger undersides are covered with little rubber pyramids which wear down over time with heat. They become less & less pointy. They're high quality gloves though & they're quite flexible relative to animal hide gloves.
Question:	Would these be good for an ironworker position? Tieing rods and handling steel beams

Question:	Can these be used for welding
Answer:	Could they be, probably. Should they be, probably not. They are not as thick as a welding glove, not do they extend as far up the arm, so they would not offer as much protection in that area. I would also be surprised if a red hot piece of splatter didn't melt the rubber portion of these gloves if it came in contact with it. In a pinch, they would of course be better than no glove at all.
Question:	I work with hot parts at work and looking for something to block the heat while keeping dexterity, will the grip melt when handling 400 degree parts
Answer:	I don't know how it would perform with sustained handling of 400 degree metal parts. I would think the heat would transfer with touch contact. I have found them adequate to hold hammer while I am hot forging with brief contact with higher temp. objects. That said I hold tongs and reach into forge wearing a welding glove. Welding glove does not give the dexterity needed to hammer with precision hence the different gloves on different hands.

Answer:	They will provide physical protection but could interfere with the delicate touch some Dremel operations require.
Question:	Do the gloves have inner seems that could cause it to rub
Answer:	Good question! Called my husband real quick (he did the glove wearing) they were very comfortable, but with heavy use broke down quickly (in about a month). So they start comfy but I’m not sure if they would break down and get jaggy inside! Hope that helps!

Answer:	It depends on the use. I'm a UPS package handler so I beat these up. For example, in building, loading trucks (300 pkgs/hour) and unloading trucks (1000/hour) They lasted about 4 months. But mainly driving, handling 300 pkgs a day, they lasted about 7 months.

For extended durability and comfort, machine wash and hang dry your Ironclad gloves on a regular basis. Machine wash cool. Do not use bleach, machine dry or use an iron on Ironclad gloves. Air drying is recommended in order to keep the size consistent with its original form from time of purchase.

Question:	How well do these resist water
Answer:	Hi and thank you for your question. In 2012 we redesigned the SMB to the SMB2. On the fingers we changed to a three layer fabric (fleece, membrane then fleece again). On the back of the hand we changed to a two layer fabric of Stretch Woven Poly plus microfleece.
