Answer:	This is just a pressure tank.

Answer:	Ideally, you to try and keep your cut off pressure balanced to your bladder tank pressure ( 2 to 5 psi. less than cut in pressure of pump is normal and 20 psi max ever) The balance will give you longer off cycle times on your pump increasing it's life and greater water hammer reduction, but a 20 gallon tank set at 150psi (maximum this tank is designed for) will cycle quite often, a larger tank would be better suited. If this is for a domestic (household) water system , why do you have your pressure set so high? 150 psi is pretty high and will cause the rest of your water supply system to fail sooner than latter ( failure of household valve control components as well as blown supply lines to sinks, toilets and washing machines, etc. ) most household systems are designed for 30-45 psi with a bladder tank pressure 2 psi lower than the pump cut in pressure, so 28 to 43 respectively.

Answer:	If you are saying your house is connected to a community water system, you have a well hooked upto a yard or other type outside hydrant but have no drain valve on your tank tee and you want to relieve the pressure on your system then yes, with pump off and hydrant open, pressure will be relieved. If this doesn't answer your question maybe you could restate it in a bit more detail.

Answer:	I assume you are talking about a turbo tip. Yes it attaches just like regular tips. Be sure to use one rated the same as the unit, in this case 3200 psi. Do Not Use one rated below 3200 psi. You could use one slightly higher, say 3300 psi, but any higher and you lose some power.
Question:	Will I need another gun and nozzle to reach a 2 story gutter
Answer:	Yes, It doesn't reach the top of a second story with much pressure. Might clean the bottom and outside but not the inside. You can get an extension kit with a hooked end for cleaning out gutters on amazon.

Question:	What is the difference between pre-pressurized and pressure tank, this is for a home application, not industrial, what are the pros and cons of each
Answer:	A pre- pressurized tank and a pressure tank are one in the same. A pressure tank requires air pressure to operate properly. Pre-pressurized just means the tank is shipped already charged with air. Usually it has 38 psi. If you purchase a pressure tank without any air pressure, it just means you would have to add air pressure prior to installation. The WX 203 pressure tank works great in our cabin/home application. Answer:	Your pump will run a little less but your pressure switch and how much air pressure you put in the tank before installation will determine the water pressure. The lower the pressure the less wear and tear on your pipes. Answer:	My old tank was also an air over water type and I got tired of having to recharge it whenever power went out and the tank emptied. Assuming that your water line is the same size (which it likely is), it should directly replace your old tank with absolutely no changes to your system.

The WaterWorker pre-charged tanks utilize a butyl composite diaphragm, which flexes up and down based on water level and air pressure, as the pump fills the tank with water the air above the diaphragm is compressed, increasing the pressure in the tank until the pump cut-off pressure is reached. When water is drawn from the tank, the pressure inside the tank decreases until the pressure switch starts the pump. The amount of usable water for every pump cycles is called drawdown. The greater drawn-down capacity you select, the less your pump cycles saving energy, money, and extending your pump life. Advantages over galvanized well tanks: Pre-charged tanks do not have water-logging problems like the galvanized tanks. The air and water are totally separated using a diaphragm. No external air controls needed. Pre-charged tanks have a much larger draw-down for the same physical size. Larger draw down reduces pump cycles and pump wear, i.e. at 30/50 PSIG range three times the draw-down for pre-charged tanks of the same physical size. Pre-charged Tanks completely empty during each pump cycle. Pre-charged Tanks are much smaller and easier to handle that galvanized well tanks. Pre-charged tanks with a 30/50 Pressure Switch would be one-third the size of a galvanized tank with the same drawdown. Deep Well Jet Pumps could use either a vertical tank or a horizontal tank, depending on space requirements and sizing. Submersible Pump applications would usually use vertical tanks, again based on proper sizing. Shallow Well Jet Pumps could use vertical or horizontal tanks, based on proper sizing. Answer:	This tank contains a bladder that is pressurized with air to more than 10 psi. It would not fill with water under your conditions, It should be sheltered in a well house or crawl space.
Question:	Will this tank provide enough pressure for me to set up the RO in the basement and run tubing throught the floor to the fridge and a tap at the sink
Answer:	Yes pressure is good for complete house. I set up a Wayne 1/2 hp shallow well pump with mine. Works very nice.

Answer:	The plumbing connection in on the bottom of the tank. There is a hole in the base of the tank. Not pictured.

Answer:	For a 44 gal water worker HT-44B tank using a 40/60 common pressure switch the drawdown is around 11.78 gal. So if your tank is full, after 11.78 gals of water are used, your pump will turn on to begin refilling your tank. You adjust the air pressure in the tank to 2 lbs psi below the lowest setting of the pressure switch. In a 44B tank it is preset to 38 lbs psi so would work as is with a 40/60 switch. Make sure to double check the air pressure with a tire gauge before installation! By changing the air pressure and pressure switch you can alter the drawdown. For example, with a HT-44B gal tank and using a common pressure switch of 20/40 you would bleed off the air in the tank to 18 lbs psi and have a drawdown of around 16 gals. Waterworker has charts online giving exact drawdown amounts in gals for their tanks used with common pressure switches or you can contact them.
