Answer:	Yes just like a memory foam flattens to your curve. It has helped my sore neck muscles a ton.
Question:	Do you have pillow cases for this Beautiful Life knee pillow
Answer:	Start with the small one and leave the plastic on the pillow so you could return it. Live on it for 5 minutes on a flat surface w/o another pillow. If it gives you a nice, comfortable support in you neck, it's OK. If you don't feel much support, exchange it for the 4.5". Doubtful you would need any more than this unless you are a very large person. Good luck.
Question:	What is the cover fabric made of? Is it durable over time
Answer:	I don’t know specifically but it’s very soft. Probably mostly synthetic material (price point for natural fibers is higher). There was absolutely no toxic odor so no outgassing of obvious toxic material, so while not likely cotton or wool, not a nefarious material. I really like mine & feel it was a good deal for the price.
Question:	Does anyone use this on their back
Answer:	They are fairly rigid but with some give. I have neck issues, too and I ordered the 3" . It's perfect for just under the neck to keep it from collapsing. If you're looking for a neck pillow to fit just under the neck, I recommend the 3". It's definitely not too soft, just firm enough to support without being uncomfortable. This is a really nice, well-made pillow.

Answer:	I received the pillow several weeks ago. The cover is 60% organic cotton and 40% polyester. The cover is removable via a zipper on the flat side and is machine washable in cold water. The filling inside the cover is 100% poly fiber fill and is not washable. The cover fabric is soft and dimpled; it is an ivory color rather than the white color it looks like in the picture. I use it under my knees at night and it is quite comfortable. I do not use it for my lower back, so I cannot evaluate it for that purpose. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would alert you that the pillow arrives in a surprisingly small box; the pillow is in a plastic case and one removes it from that case and allows it to slowly unfold and achieve its intended shape over 48 hours. - Carol C., Windsor, CA, USA
