Answer:	I'm pretty sure Teflon is Carcinogenic and I can't imagine using it on a water jug! I'd try a clean plastic sandwich baggie as a gasket if I was putting the spout back inside,. Or just unscrew the cap and put one (or wax paper doubled up) over the opening and rescrew spigot/cap if leaving the spout on while transporting.

Answer:	Mine clearly state on the containers in English “FDA approved and BPA free”. In French it says “sans BPA”, meaning without BPA.

Answer:	The wall thickness is 4 millimeters which is about 160 mils which is about 5/32 inches. It is a rigid container but not stackable. They are almost 60 pounds when full and placing just one on top of another will cause the bottom jug to bulge.

Answer:	Sitting upright, it's supposed to have an 11"x11.3" base. I'd call it more like a fat 12"x12" When you fill it with water, the sides bulge and it will not fit in the same space it fits when empty. For instance, it does not fit into an RV stairwell when full.

Turned in one direction it is for use with the outlet power; turned in the other direction it is for use on battery. Also, if you are using a wall outlet to charge the battery, sometimes they are connected to a light switch that must be in the on position. You might want to check that as well. If you are using the car lighter outlet, you might need to have the car key turned so that the power is on in the car. I am extremely happy with the unit I have purchased. I hope you can figure this out.

How To Charge The Battery

To Charge the Unit please use A Standard Home Plug - This Will Charge the built in battery but will not power the unit - This Plug Hooks into any standard wall outlet to charge the built-in battery. to power the unit when the battery is drained you must use the 12v Cigarette plug.

1. NOTE: Make sure to Fully charge the unit before using it.
2. NOTE: Make sure the included washers are placed correctly to avoid leaking.
3. NOTE: Make sure to hear the Click when connecting the Hose to the connector to avoid leaking and to make sure the unit work

Power on The GO

A 12 Volt Car Plug Is built into the device so if the battery runs out you can power it with the Cigarette lighter plug - This will power the unit but not Charge the battery - to power the washer you must use the home plug.

Please note: To avoid leaking please make sure the washers (included in the packaging) are inserted before tightening the knobs

Make sure to have the switch in the correct position

1. flip the switch to 'battery' (I) to operate the device from the battery
2. Flip to "Cig Ltr" (II) when powering the device from the 12v car plug.
3. Flip to center position when using the Hope plug to charge the device

Answer:	Yes. Water comes out the slits when the button on the top is pressed down so you can tilt the flap to have the water come out or go back into the bottle. It’s a very clever design, I highly recommend it. I just wish the bottle is insulated.

Answer:	No, if does not leak. However, if you end up not paying attention and have the bowl portion on improperly so the button is not able to pop out all the way, then it will. We discovered this when my husband removed the whole bowl unit and it did not go back on properly. Now I just check it each time. It is a great invention and I recommend it.
Question:	Can you get a replacement lid
Answer:	My lid broke almost immediately and the company refused to honor the warranty. They told me to just buy a new bottle so I don’t think they do replacement lids.
