Answer:	I wouldn't try to turn inside out. There is a baffle welded between the sides in the bladder, the plastic is fairly stiff, and the opening is smaller than the full width of the bladder. If your hands are small, you can just reach inside to clean.

Answer:	I filled mine up with homemade soup and it kept it hot for about 8 hours. The only problem is now I need a new one just for water because my old one smells like soup! After many, many, many washes with different cleaners.

Answer:	I've used soap but not a lot just a little drop of an amount I'm assuming they don't want you to because of any leftover residue but for the most part if you rinse out really well I don't see what's the harm but the sponge is good for short. Answer:	According to the vendor's description it is BPA free. There was no mention of BPS or phthalate that I could find. It is made of TPU material, so perhaps a search for the properties of the material will provide more information.
Question:	How do you open it to fill it with water? I can't seem to get it open
Answer:	Same problem. Answer turned out to be “yes, turn it so hard you think you’re gonna break it.” Whoever packs those sealed it tight.
