Without this feature, there is always water in the heat exchanger, and the low volume of water to high surface contact means this heater is more suceptable to damage than a tanked version which has a "cushion" of water to survive mild frosting, not deep freezes. Question:	Electric panel is ~50 feet from where i want to install the tempra 29 trend. is this distance ok for #8 thhn wire
Answer:	The recommended wire is 8/2 and there is not a limit to distance written in the install directions. You need to check with your electrician. Make sure he is state license and insured. There is also a neutral leg, which (hopefully) has zero potential with reference to ground. The voltage between either one of the hot legs and the neutral leg is 120 volts. The 120 volt circuits in your house are connected to one or the other of the two hot legs, and only one. An attempt is made to assign circuits to the two hot legs in a way that will roughly balance the load between them. The other side of a 120 volt circuit is connected to the neutral leg. There is additionally a safety ground run with the circuit, which also ties into the panel. Certain devices require more power (work product of current and voltage) than is practical to deliver using a 120 volt circuit. Common examples are your clothes dryer, and your electric stove. These devices are powered by both hot legs, with a difference in potential of 240 volts. This water heater is also such a device.STRONG BUT FRIENDLY WARNING: If you did not already know this, please don't make wiring this water heater your learning opportunity with electricity. Answer:	The National Electrical Code requires conductors and overcurrent protection to be sized at 100% of the manufacturer's branch circuit recommendation for tankless electric water heaters. A 60 amp breaker is the same price as a 40 or 50, it is the wire that costs more. #6 AWG wire is required for a 60 amp circuit. If you undersize the wire it could overheat and catch fire. Protect your family and follow the manufacturer's sizing for this, or any other, electrical device. Your family's lives are worth the extra money. 

Answer:	Gosh, lots of different measurements here but the drainer is not in my sink at the moment. It is on the top shelf of my pantry and I tried to measure it from there (unable to get it down). As best I can measure from there, it is about 5 to 5-1/2" deep with little feet that are about 1/2" deep. It fits perfectly in my Kohler Deerfield double sink.

The water heater needs to be installed where fire proof and high-temperature resistant place. And there don't have the inflammables and explosives within 30 cm. Or it also can be mounted on concrete walls or non-combustible place. It can't be mounted on wood-made wall.



Tips: In a cold weather, we suggest letting the water out of the unit after finishing use the product. Otherwise, the cold temperature may cause residual water in the heater to freeze and crack the tank.

Answer:	NO, not on my wall mount shower bracket. The plastic insert is suppose to be adjustable and I can't get mine to budge. Also my water pix hose will not fit in to this plastic insert. Lucky I found out all this before I mounted to the shower wall. I threw mine in a junk drawer.
