Answer:	The FullTilt 5 does have some features that neither the Apex 5 or the Ridgeback 5 do not have. It comes equipped with locks for the bikes to the rack and has the ability to adjust the cradles unlike the Ridgeback 5. It also has the New ZipStrips to hold your bike in place. A lot easier to use than the chain straps on the Apex 5.

Question:	i purchased a unit installed it the led lights are on the wrong side. they're lit facing inside the unit not on the outside where i can read them. ho
Answer:	The only way this would be possible is if the L.E.D. board that is mounted on the cover is installed improperly. You should be able to un-mount it and flip it over to face the transparent cover, so that when you reattach the cover to the unit that they will be viable through the transparent plastic cover.
