| Answer: | No user manual. The leather is of good quality, draw back not flexible. To shape it I had to soak it for a day or so once I did that I a Was able to put in my tape measure pencils to shape the leather. Left them in place for a couple of days to allow leather to dry. I took out the tape measure and the pencils then rub leather with a leather treatment cream. The leather pouch then became soft allowing the tape measure and pencils to come out smoothly. |
