Answer:	i've noticed it has a little lean forward to it but still stands up. You can't lay the bag completely flat with everything unzipped but the zippers do go all the way to the bottom of the bag so you have a lot of room to grab your tools with out a problem.

Answer:	No. A 17" laptop is too large for that bag. However, CLC makes a model 1132 that's larger and more capable of accommodating a 15" laptop and tools more safely and securely. I use this model for my low voltage tech work.

Question:	Is there a warrenty period for the bag? Zipper teeth are mismatched, i am worried it will break over time
Answer:	Yes, LeatherCraft bags come with a "Limited Lifetime Warranty." Which means as long as the defect is from normal use, then they will fix or replace the unit. You have to contact the company and get and get a Return Authorization and ship them the back pack.
Question:	How does this compare to the more expensive dewalt version? Is this good over long periods of time
Answer:	I am a forklift mechanic and I work out of a van. I was very hard on my bag. Tossing it in and out of my van multiple times a day carrying around 40 or 50 lbs of tools. I had the smaller one and it lasted 2 years on the road with me. The zippers eventually wore out and I couldn't close it anymore. Mostly because I carried a lot of weight and put a lot of stress on the zippers. I upgraded to this bag mainly because of the side straps. It helps alleviate the stress on the zippers. I carry the same tools but they are better organized because of the extra space. I've had it for 3 or 4 months now. It is taking the same abuse as my last one and seems to be holding up well. I expect it to last at least 2 years. With the daily abuse I give it and the fact ito relatively low price. 2 years is pretty darn good.

Answer:	yes as long as you don't fill the rest of the bag, the only reason i bought it was it was all black as that is a requirement for the navy, they make a different bag that has a bigger pouch for drills and larger tools

Answer:	I keep a multimeter and two bags of leads and jumpers in it. It would be big enough for a small laptop, maybe a 13", or a large tablet. I don't think a standard 15" laptop would fit. It would be a pretty tight squeeze if one could get it in.

Answer:	Well tricky answer. I bought one and the storage was under the bag which I liked also. I went and bought another one and the storage was in. The side. It didn't match the picture. I thought it might have been a mistake so I bought another one and side storage again. I wish they would change the picture on this item. If you want storage on bottom don't buy this one. I don't know if clc even makes that one anymore. Hope this helps

Answer:	Yes it will. It will accommodate an 18 and a 20 volt drill but not a 24 volt. This pouch is great, heavy duty with lots of space for your tools.
Question:	Is the bottom firm
Answer:	It is with the plastic compartment box as seen in the photo. I haven't left the box out of mine to see if it collapses over time. I know it stays standing with no problems when I get things out of the box at my job. With the tools I carry I would guess it weighs around 25-30lbs.
Question:	Could I trash the box and still have the floor be solid-ish? I don't have any use for small parts but I can use that compartment for blades/etc
