Answer:	Yes, they would probably fit. I also wear rimless glasses and they fit over mine. It tends to push my glasses tight onto my nose. The glasses are held on by a 1/2 inch elastic strap that is adjustable. As the other replies suggest, the glasses are suppose to fit snug to the face.
