Answer:	Depends on your spinning reel size but, yes, normal size, you should be able to fit those four into it. I use mine for four fly reels and could get four more in if I wanted (per the last picture in the description is accurate). I love these bags. I have four now for fishing to photography gear.

Answer:	The 9x5.75x4.25 gear bag is on the small side. It's smaller than a shoe box. Unfortunately I do not know the size of the Penn 8000 reel, but spinning reels take more room that bait casters. I suggest get a shoe box and see how your reals fit. I believe the Allnice is more appropriate from freshwater fly fishing.
