Question:	The picture shows a hard case, the description says a carrying bag. Which is it
Answer:	Make sure the blades are specific to that model Rockwell tool. Many , DeWalt and some others, say that their blades are for the Rockwell THEY DO NOT FIT Properly! Turn counter clockwise the release lever that is on top of the tool several turns to loosen the clamping mechanisim. Insert the blade and retighten, turning clockwise and flip the lever down. Answer:	Are you taking about un-stretched or while wearing them? They are designed to be pulled up to go "over-the-calf", so they rest just below the knee. They stretch to fit. In the drawer, I'd say they are about 18" long, but they fit my size 12 foot and reach to just below the knee. They do tend to sag a bit by the end of the day, but most socks require a tug now and then to keep them up.

Answer:	I'm not aware of a new option, but keep in mind there are two sizes for the 3-packs; 10-13 (Shoe Size 6-12.5) and 12-16 (Shoe Size 13-15). Maybe you were sent the wrong size. I always keep my packaging so I can verify product information.
