Answer:	I purchased this piece, and kept the original packaging for it. No where on the package, or on the various component parts, does it list the sizes. The tool did not fit for the use I had in mind when I bought it, but it's made of soft low quality steel, so with just a few minutes effort I was able to file the tips down to fit and work for my application. This is an inexpensive tool of below average quantity so I don't recommend purchasing it if you will be using it regularly. But, if like me you just need it for a one-time repair, you may find the lower quality adequate for your needs, as it was for mine. Since it doesn't list the tip sizes, and I don't have a way to measure them, I also don't recommend it unless you have a file with which to adapt it.

Answer:	You lost me with your big words. These will work in a pinch, however, they are by no means high quality. Hell, even snap ring pliers from harbor freight seem to work better.

Answer:	They are steel, with vinyl coated grips. If you hit a snap ring with a torch, these will work. But if you're trying to pick stuff out of a forge, then you'll need another solution. Excessive heat will ruin this tool. Also, the tips are very small, and if the tip of the tool approaches cherry, it will bend. Hope that helps.
