Answer:	Always grip the hose and push the hose off, never pull or twist. Spraying it with Mercury Marine Power Tune helps loosen it. Don’t use WD40 or any petroleum product it will melt hose. Sometimes it is beneficial to use a right angle pick or hose pick to break the hose loose if it’s extra stubborn. Hope that helped
