Question:	What Bach mouthpiece size is comparable
Answer:	It is like a Shilke 60 but the rim is smaller and flat. It is a very comfortable mouthpiece.The rim is not as big as the Shilke 60 but not by a lot but you will notice it. The cup is just as deep though.

I was supposed to be delivered no later than December 30 or 31 and it arrived on January 3rd........... and it was part of his Christmas. We had already exchanged gifts and I had to mail it to him..........

Answer:	It's a large bass trombone mouthpiece. The shank would fit in a large bore tenor, but it is too large to play well on a tenor trombone. Players using it on a tenor trombone for tenor range parts would tire more quickly and struggle to avoid being flat in the high register.

Answer:	It depends on the Euphonium, if yours uses a Large Shank, then yes it works well. If yours uses a small shank, Bach also makes the 5G in small shank. If you are unsure, send us a message with your horn make/model and we will try to help.

Answer:	It is a brass mouthpiece with a silver plated finish. Bach does not disclose the exact makeup of their brass. If you have allergies, I would strongly recommend gold plating the mouthpiece or at least the rim and cup where the lips contact.
Question:	Will this work on a large bore tenor? Bach 42BO to be exact
Answer:	The Bach 42 models I am certain take the large shank. The mouthpiece opening in the instrument would be .547". The opening on smaller bore trombones is .476" taking small shank mouthpieces. The V Bach 5G is a great choice I have one for a Conn 88. Hope this helps. -jm
