Answer:	does not really say, and I never thought to measure it, but it is long enough if you have a 26" rim you will have to either overlap or cut a little off; for a 29" I do not know if there is enough. Maybe question the seller?

Answer:	The 20 inch rim part is OK. You need to measure the inside of the rim where the tube goes. The tape has to completely cover the spoke nipple holes poked into the rim. No part of the hole should seen after the tape is applied.

Answer:	I have no idea how to get a manual, but they are easy to operate. To turn on, press the side button (the yellow icon on the right side) until you hear power on. If you want to enter pairing mode, keep pressing until the light starts flashing red and blue. Pushing the same button answers/hangups calls and starts/stops the music. The long button on top changes volume with short presses, can't recall if you can long-press to change the song.
