Answer:	Probably not. It has to cut along the grain to leave a smooth surface, so it needs to have the face or edge that it is cutting clear of obstructions at both ends. Trying to plane across the grain would probably result in tear outs, it can not reach the corners of cabinet opening because the spinning drum with cutting blades is set back from the front and back of the tools base.

Answer:	Not easily, I sew so I could extend one of the straps. I think there are "extension" available. I was not comfortable with the security though - it was easy for my husband to "undo" (if that is an issue & it was for me). I finally used a extra large back brace (like from HomeDepot) to wrap around him and the chair! They have a wide velco secure area. (Put the large "back" in the front to support him and the velco on the back side of the chair...where he couldn't get to it. That held him up and was much more secure.

Answer:	It does OK but I would practice with some scrap first. I had a 12 inch wide board and made several passes without a straight edge. I stated at a very low setting, 1/64, and made two passes to remove stain. I did have to go back and sand down some overlaping spots. Next time I would use a straight edge to keep the planer straight on each past. Hopes this helps.

If they’re normally open, you’d wire them in parallel. It’ll likely be the same as how your existing wiring is. I have two door sensors wired together on one input in my system.
