Answer:	19mm (0.748 or 3/4"). It fits my Mortising machine (Grizzly) perfectly. I would think it should fit most if not all Mortising machines. I used to have a drill press Mortising attachment and I believe it was a 3/4 too, but I really can't remember. Hope this helps!

Answer:	1) maybe do back to Delta and Amazon. 2) I modify and replace many shields with 1/4" acrylic, just cut out overall size, drill the holes you need with step drill unibit, then heat the acrylic with a 1100 degree hot air gun until soft enough to bend and bend it over a form. It will cool quickly to stiffen back up. 3) As cheap as these guards are just buy another one for spare parts. I keep extras so I have them when another drill press shows up. END

So if your Ryobi Drill press has a quill diameter that equals any of those, it should work, but I can't guarantee it.
