Answer:	The letters are hard to transfer to the contact paper..nearly impossible. All that transferred to mines was be strong laugh loud

Question:	After putting the stickers on the wall is it easy to remove after several months? I am renting the apt & I feel afraid to damage the wall
Answer:	No, it comes with everything u need. There are strings that connect to the pole and the other end has spikes or stakes attached that u drive in the ground to keep the poles upright. I can usually step on them to get them driven in the ground pretty ground.

Answer:	Yes, thank you for the recommendation. We will be creating this and will list it in the next day or two.

Answer:	This wall decal is a little different from a lot of them- but I thought it was easier to install than some I’ve bought. Put it where you want it and then rub the backside of it to adhere to the surface. It’s actually just like the rub on tattoos that kids like. Hope this helps:D
Question:	Would this stick on painted cinder blocks, like in a classroom
Answer:	We've gotten them to stick to painted cinder block, but it does take a it more work and care installing. Most doorways in cinderblocks builings have a metal frame around the door, and the decal would fit and adhere very well on the door frame
Question:	Why is my decal so much smaller than what is in the picture
Answer:	We apologize that you felt the decal was smaller then what you expected. The dimensions of our decal are clearly stated in the description of the product as well as in a separate picture on the listing. In both places we have listed that the decal is 14 inches long and even the picture shows actual size. It is a possibility that you could have received a counterfeit if your decal does not measure 14 inches long by 2 inches tall. We have been considering making a version about twice this size. If you're interested in a larger size we could send one out to you.

Clean and prep the surface

Clean the application area with included rubbing alcohol prep pad. Do not use glass cleaner as it leaves behind a residue that degrades the performance of the adhesive. If applying to an automotive window, first strip away treatments such as Rain-X with a 50/50 mixture of ammonia and water.

The preparation step is very important and will ensure proper adhesion and long life of the decal.

Prep the surface and peel the backing

Next, turn the decal face down and slowly peel the backing off of the decal and transfer tape. If any part of the decal clings to the backing paper while peeling, slowly lower it back down and apply pressure with your thumb and try again. Decals with high levels of detail may take some effort and patience to get get all of the details to separate from the backing - but your efforts will be well rewarded!

Apply the decal

Using the transfer tape, slowly lower the decal on to the prepared surface. Use the edge of a credit card or squeegee to smooth the decal into place using firm pressure.

Peel away the transfer tape

After letting the adhesive to bond to the surface for a few minutes, slowly peel away the transfer tape. This will leave the vinyl decal behind on your prepared surface.

If any part of the decal begins to pull away while applying, simply repeat step 3 and try again.
