Question:	Can i use this on vinyl wrap
Answer:	If the wrap is matte or satin you should use Chemical Guys Matte Seal. Otherwise, contact Chemical Guys directly and they will provide the answer you seek. Jet Seal can be used on paint protection films such as Xpel Ultimate.
Question:	Do I have to use a clay bar before using this product
Answer:	NO pat answer, would need to assess your car for ANY contaminants that would affect your final finish. After washing, feel the surface of your car, at least across top, hood and main side door panels. SMOOTH? No rough spots, or grit can be felt. Shine light across car panels, looking for ANY hard water spots or other defects that have STAINED into your paint finish or clear coat AFTER washing. When you SEAL the car's finish with a layer of Acrylic (which is what JET SEAL, or KLASSE is doing, ie. Klasse uses same acrylic polymer as Plexiglass sheet plastic- told personally by manufacturer in early '80s) YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THOSE CONTAMINANTS or DEFECTS WHEN YOU APPLY A NICE SHINY CLEAR COAT of Jet Seal or Klasse; then those Defects are UNDER your new 'wax' job. FYI: to have 100% coverage, requires MIN of TWO (2) applications of ANY product, unless Mfgr. instructions say otherwise, doing by hand, my first coat goes from FRONT to BACK, overlapping at least 50% as product is applied. Question:	Should i apply butter wet wax after jetseal? or no need since this is stronger than wax
Answer:	You want to apply the product with the most protection first. So in your case you would apply Jet Seal then apply Butter Wet Wax. Jet Seal will give you up to 12 months of protection and then you can add a wax like Butter Wet Wax for added protection and shine.
Question:	This is applied before a wax, correct? Or can it be applied after a wax
Answer:	Yes, this is a sealant so it is stronger than a wax and will last longer. You can "top" jetseal 109 with a wax for that extra pop if you want, but either way this stuff looks great by itself. For best results clay the vehicle and compound/polish if needed, then apply Jetseal 109. Apply a very thin coat and let sit for 20min before removing.

Answer:	You can mix it with CLEAR acrylic paint (also know as acrylic medium) and then paint that onto canvas on top of the regular, colored paint. If you mix the powder with colored paint, the pigment in the paint will cover up most of the glow pigment and waste it. If you mix it with acrylic paint medium you will get the best glow possible!
Question:	can i use this on a canvas boat cover
Answer:	I would not mix it directly with concrete as only the glow crystals on the very top would be visible. Instead you'd be better off adding it to a clear concrete sealer and applying that on top of the concrete. You could also try pressing a layer of powder into the top of wet concrete so that it is the top layer of the concrete. Definitely experiment with a small amount first to see if you get the effect that you want before doing a larger project.

Answer:	Hello, I use to build model cars (amt) many years ago and I think that it will work.Last year I purchased a large Frog decal from Amazon that the paint could not be in contact with any type of moisture.Well the decal was for the bathroom and would have been in contact with moisture every day.I purchased this lacquer...gave the decal a few lite coats and the Frog remains in perfect condition,paint remains perfect and intact.This spray dries very quickly,just spray the model evenly (as you already know),let it dry,apply 2nd coat.There is a good possibility it may not require a 2nd coat! Answer:	It will work on fiberglass but just let it cure for 24 hour and that mean to not move the car for full 24 hours and if you apply the product in the cold then the cure time will be longer then 24 hour

Answer:	I would have to say no. But technically... Yes, it does work. It is cheaper than Mopar and it shows. You defiantly get what you pay for. I have a 2011 4 door with stock top. It has no catch for the sunrider feature of stock soft tops. So no sunrider. I returned these door surrounds after learning that. I tried to install them but with much difficulty. These things where manufactured very poorly and didn't even line up correctly. It's hard to talk about it without showing you but they are a terrible product. I tried to save some money and after all that hassle I am glad I bought Mopar replacement parts. I highly recommend them compared to aftermarket. You can save a bit of money by buying a set of door surround knobs from Drake Off Road instead of Mopar. Plus they look better.

Answer:	Permanent vinyl, such as 651 needs to breathe. If you seal it and cover the pores it will start to peel.
Question:	I have some art work on scratch paper, can this protect my painting from scratching by other things
Answer:	It did not work for me. In areas where I had used neocolors, I could easily scratch that right off. In areas with ink, I could easily smudge with a tiny bit of moisture. It's fine over acrylics...but nothing special there either.
Question:	Can it make a chalkboard non porous
Answer:	If you want to "seal" a chalkboard that is written on or decorated with chalk or paint, yes this is perfect for preserving this type of project. However, if you spray on a blank chalkboard, you will not be able to use chalk on it. You could possibly use chalk markers over it, but not too sure how that might work out, especially if you want to wipe off and reuse, like a dry-erase type thing. Hope these suggestions help.

Question:	How long does this last? When would I have to reapply it
Answer:	When applied correctly you will get up to 1 year of durability and protection depending on your washing regime and climate, but for the absolute best results and for daily drivers we like to apply every 6 months; once before winter and once before summer. Water beading will last around 6-8 months, again depending on your washing regime and climate. So you can certainly get away with applying once a year, but we like keeping our vehicles looking fresh! Question:	I have 2011 fusion that had the zyilon finished at the dealer when i bought it in 2011. I really want to rewax, is this a good option for me
Answer:	This wax is the best I have used on any of my cars (BMW's and Porsche's). It went on easily and has kept it's finish and slick feel to my feel. I wash my car at least every other week, by hand, and after four washes the wax is still there. I've used a lot of very expensive waxes and finishes...I will buy this product again.
Question:	Does the paint have to be "clay bar" before applying this
Answer:	If your paint has been neglected and is in bad shape we do recommended clay bar to get the best looks and durability out of our sealant. You can certainly apply it and still have great results without clay bar but if you have the extra patience and time we would suggest taking the extra step to also clay bar your vehicle beforehand to get that next level shine. Question:	If what paint was recently waxed, should I remove it before applying the sealant
Answer:	Since our sealant has up to 1 year of durability, it should be the first product applied. Wax only has the durability to last a month or so before it starts breaking down. When you have a wax underneath our sealant, the wax will start breaking down before our sealant, causing our sealants durability to be shorter.So we recommend our sealant first, and then wax can be applied over it(our spray wax), then when the wax breaks down you can simply apply another coat of wax while our sealant will still remain underneath. Question:	Will it bleed sharpie art
Answer:	Sharpie is alcohol ink based, and most varnishes are alcohol based as well, so the varnish reactivates the ink. You can seal your sharpie art with Krylon's Kamar varnish first, they say this is the only varnish that won't activate alcohol based inks. Then spray your uv varnish after several coats of Kamar Varnish.
Question:	does this leave a glossy finish? i'm looking for one that does not
Answer:	I use this to spray/protect my acrylic painted rocks for my garden. It is not glossy. It leaves a very light sheen, but not glossy.
Question:	Can you use this on a pair of sunglasses
Answer:	Do not use this in glasses. I bought this product to use on a picture frame, the glass on which I wanted to be uv protected.It does not coat the surface in a uniform, smooth coat which would be required for optics. It actually ruined the glass on the picture frame, as well.
Question:	can you use this to protect plastic headlights
Answer:	Yes, with caveats. Yes if you are wanting to protect new or recently repaired headlights, ie you removed the oxidation from your lenses with one of the many refinishing kits that involves sanding through the damaged layers, but before you spray any other protective product on the lens that this clear paint can't adhere to. However keep in mind any imperfections and inconsistencies in your application of this product will change the light output pattern and intensity from your headlights, which may make them less usable at night.
