Question:	Does this meter have a function to correct for different densities / species of wood, or does this need to be done manually or table lookup
Answer:	This tool is designed to measure the moisture content in wood. You have to press the prongs in tight to get a good reading. I suppose you could try it on drywall and take your readings at different drying times. It will leave small indentations in the surface which will have to be filled.
Question:	Does this product come with a carrying case? Extra pins? Battery
Answer:	This meter uses 2 metal pins to penetrate the surface of the material you want to measure. It can't 'see through' material. It actually has to touch the material to be able to measure the moisture level of it. The pins are about 0,5 to 1 cm long so you can not reach through walls.
Question:	Can I use it for drywall
Answer:	I was told "Made in USA' with some items from other countries. As for accuracy, unless you have some means to test against a known accurate gauge, I guess you have to take their word on that. It has worked OK and matches the TPS on my E350. As long as a digital tire gauge is consistent in its' pressure readings, you are matching each tires pressure. Exact pressure is not as critical as consistency from tire to tire, IMO. I purchased this gauge based on what I feel is decent quality, reasonable accuracy / consistency, "Made in USA", ease of use and reviews. So far, I am satisfied. I also ordered this to store it in. Answer:	It is a bit boxy especially between the underarm and bust. It has that tug of material and doesn’t shape well in this area. It definitely doesn’t taper in at the waist as shown on model.

Answer:	They work in my Chrysler remote. Just make sure its the correct size for your remote. A word of caution: my remote lasted about 10 years with the old battery. The one I got from amazon is already giving me problems (less than 1 year).

Answer:	Nathan, Thanks for the question. The Moisture Range on this Hand Held meter for CORN is 10 - 40%. However, the clear plastic funnel which is provided to assist with consistent filling of the test cell, will not work well on corn over say 25 - 30%. This is due to the lack of flowability in the higher moisture content. I would suggest that you still fill the funnel, but pour the sample back out the large end at just 1 - 2" above the test cell. EVERY TIME and at the same Rate. With this consistency, you would have much greater repeatability between different tests.
